How do I Start?

Call or email us at (734) -335-8817 or info@endusertechnologies.com and we will set up a meeting with you to disguise any questions you may have. After you are completely satisfied that our Monthly Maintenance Plan is worth it, we will continue on how to pay and where to go from there.

What does EUT do if my site has been hacked?

At Enduser Technologies we continuously monitor customer sites using ongoing security scans. Common issues are also manually checked whenever relevant. Unfortunately, even with continuous monitoring, no one can catch every security issue. In the event a security issue does occur, our goal is to respond immediately. Valid security concerns are of the highest priority over any and all development work, company-wide.

In the event your site is hacked, we have a One-Time Hacked Site Cleanup & Repair service available for $99.

What if I have multiple sites that need maintenance?

Our plan covers one single site. If you have multiple sites as subdomains of a site they still count as separate sites. If you have 2 websites that you’d like us to manage, you’ll need 2 plans, one for each site.

Does it matter what hosting provider I'm using?

We’ll work with anybody regardless of their hosting provider. We understand that different websites have different needs and that people have realistic budgets that they have to meet. If you’d like to upgrade, we recommend our trusted Hosting Plan.

Do you offer 24/7 technical support?

Our support hours are 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Sunday. Any support tickets submitted during off-hours are immediately attended to during our regular support hours.

Do you offer phone support?

We’ve set up our pricing structure to stay pretty lean and with our global team, it just makes more sense to handle all our support through email.

While we don’t offer phone support, we’ve made customer service a huge priority and you’ll find our email support fast, effective, and friendly!

I need a full website design, does EUT do this?
